Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your PTC Shop account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
